1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and xx5 ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement governs the use of the platform, website, mobile app, and all services provided by xx5.

By accessing xx5.bz, downloading the xx5 app, or creating an account, you expressly consent to all terms stated herein. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization or company, you also confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to this agreement.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use xx5's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Is an individual with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not be located in any jurisdiction where use of the xx5 platform is prohibited under local law.
• Have not previously been suspended or banned from the xx5 platform.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. xx5 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided. The KYC process includes verification of ID, proof of address, and payment information.

3 Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur in your xx5 account. This includes all bets placed, financial transactions conducted, and any interactions with the platform using your login credentials.

• Keep your password confidential and never share your login details with anyone.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify xx5 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4 Deposit & Payment Methods

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Xx5 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms. In the event of account closure due to a violation:

• All bonuses and wins obtained through means that violate these terms will be voided.
• The remaining balance in the account may be temporarily withheld pending the completion of an investigation.
• Members whose accounts are closed due to fraud are not entitled to any refund.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the xx5 customer support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process. Self-requested account closure does not affect any outstanding financial obligations.
